Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate complete and partial dentures using impressions and models provided by dentists.
Repair and adjust existing dentures to ensure proper fit and comfort for patients.
Utilize various materials, such as acrylics, metals, and ceramics, to create durable and aesthetically pleasing dentures.
Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment, including casting machines, grinders, and polishers.
Ensure all dentures are crafted with precision and adhere to the dentist’s specifications and patient’s needs.
Perform quality control checks on all completed dentures to ensure they meet established standards.
Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to discuss case requirements and improve production processes.
Stay updated with the latest denture fabrication techniques and advancements in dental materials.
Qualifications:
Certification or degree in Dental Technology or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience as a Denture Technician or similar role (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in using dental laboratory equipment and materials.
Strong understanding of dental anatomy and denture fabrication techniques.
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills to interact with dental professionals and team members.
