In the role of Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high standards in food preparation and service management. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your core skills in inventory management and cooking to maintain efficient kitchen workflows. Your premium skills in team management and leadership will be essential in supervising staff and enhancing dining experiences.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service management.
Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock management.
Supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and providing leadership.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control.
Prepare and cook menu items, maintaining high culinary standards.
Coordinate catering services and special events, ensuring customer satisfaction.
