We Are Looking For:
An enthusiastic and dedicated Shift Leader to manage our energetic team and ensure operational excellence during each shift. This role is ideal for someone who loves a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about leadership, quality service, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations during shifts, coordinating both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Train, manage, and support staff, including creating and managing shift schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Oversee inventory and resource management to maintain essential stock levels.
- Address customer inquiries and issues to maintain and improve service quality.
- Work with management on administrative tasks and team performance.
- Promote and drive sales growth through effective operational and service strategies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building a positive team environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Flexible schedule with open availability required, including weekends and holidays, for a 40-50 hour work week.
- Efficient with Toast POS and emailing.
