Prep - Line Cook

Work in the Kitchen cooking and preparing a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to a Daily Prep List. During service shifts, you will assist the Kitchen Manager in producing and plating high quality foods for guests. The position will assist with other general restaurant duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager. Training will be comprehensive and continuous.
