Lincoln Restaurant 1110 Vermont Avenue, NW is looking for DC's most motivated, outgoing and skilled bartender(s) to be part of our team. We are looking for the below characteristics:
3+ years of bartending experience
Currently worked or have worked for a craft cocktail restaurant or bar/lounge
Creatively intuitive, initiates and understands beverage management and cost controls
A positive attitude and willingness for respect and professionalism.
For 13+ years, our Lincoln location has served everyone from President Obama to tennis icon Serena Williams. Our bar program is creative and uses fresh ingredients and distinctive spirits. We are here to serve everyone in our great city from local to out of towner. That's why we've been doing this for so long. Our restaurant is the sister restaurant of Teddy & The Bully Bar in downtown DC. We are a local restaurant group and pride ourselves on our commitment to the community as a small business. Our employees are respected by ownership and the expectation of unity has always been part of our culture at both restaurants.

Lead Bartender rates begin at $12+ per hour (depending on experience) (plus gratuities. Average gratuity for Lincoln bartender in June and July 2024 is (23.6% of sales)
