Location: Serving DC area (Base: 6914 4th St NW, Washington DC 20012)
Seeking skilled cook for busy food truck. Prepare signature wings and comfort food in fast-paced mobile kitchen. Must work well under pressure while maintaining quality.
Responsibilities:
Cook, prep and plate dishes following recipes
Work efficiently in small space during rushes
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Help with inventory and truck setup
Requirements:
1+ year line cook or food truck experience
Available weekends/evenings
Food safety knowledge preferred
Positive team player
Pay: $20/hour + tips
