Team Leads are peer leaders amongst the Entertainment Team. They are dedicated to showcasing the Level99 concept, delivering the ultimate in guest experience and developing relationships with Players and fellow team members all while maintaining a fun, clean and safe environment. Team Leads are passionate about meeting guest needs before being asked and are always promoting the Level99 brand. Team Leads are chosen from the Entertainment Team for their peer leadership, willingness to pitch in to help the team, and their positive attitudes. Team Leads play an important role in the training of new Hospitality/Sales Associates and serve as role models for their fellow team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prioritizes the guest experience, leads troubleshooting with account creation issues, answers questions from guests, enforces guest safety, and provides playful and informative interactions with Players
Demonstrates responsibility and support for the upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and operations of the entertainment side of the venue
Provides authentic, fun, approachable, and humble interpersonal interactions and shows up on time daily to provide best-in-class service to our players
Assists with training new team members, ensuring incoming team members are aware of and well-prepared for the responsibilities of the Entertainment Team roles
Continuously upholds Level99 brand and visual standards across all parts of the business, including product, experience, display standards, as well as environmental cleanliness and organization
Assists with operations, including shift tasks and sidework, POS functions, Account Creation, hands-on guest service, proper facilities upkeep, and daily cleaning
Ensures and prioritizes guest safety within the venue, inclusive of entertainment safety, continuously monitors and communicates any noticeable risks to guest’s health and welfare to a supervisor
Leads team member shift changes through completion of opening, mid-day and closing checklists
Demonstrates excellent sales, cash handling and POS skills, while actively greeting and pitching guests on Level99

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A current Level99 Hospitality/Sales Associate with demonstrated skills and team leadership ability
Demonstrated experience working directly with Level99 guests or customers
Strong verbal communication skills
Understands, utilizes and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation
