Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter. Sets up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks. Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. Duties include clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and sometimes supporting waitstaff by delivering food and refilling water glasses. Duties contribute to overall cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining the condiment station.
