Busy Catering Company in Tyson's Corner is looking for full time working Catering Manager. The position is Monday-Friday with NO NIGHTS. Main focus is Corporate Catering. The person should have 5+ years experience in a similar position.
-Job Duties- will include be not limited to:
- Inventory - (prep lists, checklists, new recipes)
- Ordering (placing daily order-bread, produce, food)
- Quality control for all foods
- Develop cleaning schedule
- Scheduling catering deliveries and pick up of equipment
- Develop new business
-Job is HANDS ON you will be involved in prep and deliveries as well
Candidates must be
- Legal to work in US ( US citizen or PR status)
- Must pass General Background check
- Fluent in English
- Have Food Mgrs card or acquire one
- Detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills with current and potential clients
- Have a valid driver's license
- Experience in food service, as food prep may be necessary
- Able to manage staff
