We're seeking part-time bussers!
At least one year of high volume, full-service restaurant experience is preferred but we will teach the right candidate.
Primary duties include:
- Assisting in stocking deliveries
- Setting up dining areas according to floor plan
- Preparing condiments needed for service
- Bussing, cleaning, manicuring and resetting the dining areas consistently throughout service
- Conducts water and hot beverage service
- Marks tables during service
- Cleaning, polishing and stocking silverware and glassware
- Consistently adhering to uniform and grooming policies
- Maintaining work-area and restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Performing additional tasks as needed at the request of management
Requirements:
- must be able to clearly read, comprehend, and present by name food and/or beverage items and ingredients to guests
- must learn table layouts and seating charts for full building
- must maintain sanitation, cleanliness and organization standards
- ability with lifting items up to 40lbs
- comfortability with using steps frequently and standing throughout an 8hr shift
- growing food and beverage knowledge
Compensation:
- $18/hr
