Cafe Fili, an intimate Mediterranean Bistro, accessible by metro (Union Station) is looking for an experienced Bartender. We are a local restaurant with a dedicated clientele, an eclectic wine and beer list, craft cocktails, and a casual, welcoming space. We are looking for someone is passionate about food and wine, and wants to provide every guest with thoughtful and warm service.
Ideal candidate will have:
-Professional industry experience, passion, and self-motivation
-Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and all major spirit categories
-Basic understanding of wine styles and grape varieties
-Ability to create seasonal composed cocktails and run a well curated bar program
-Ability to create seasonal draft cocktails and tonics
We close at 9pm Sunday-Thursday and 10 on Friday and Saturday so no late nights.
