We're seeking barbacks!
At least one year of high volume, full-service restaurant experience is preferred but we will teach the right candidate.
Primary duties include:
- Bussing, cleaning and manicuring the bar consistently throughout shfits
- Receiving and stocking deliveries
- Light prep for the bar including juicing, cutting garnishes and making syrups
- Assisting in attending to guests
- Cleaning, polishing and stocking glassware
Requirements:
- must be able to clearly read, comprehend, and present by name food and/or beverage items and ingredients to guests
- must learn table layouts and seating charts for full building
- must maintain sanitation, cleanliness and organization standards
- ability with lifting items up to 40lbs
- comfortability with using steps frequently and standing throughout an 8hr shift
- growing food and beverage knowledge
Compensation includes:
- Base hourly + tips (average $25 - $30/hr)
