AGM: 4+ years of managerial experience
Clear & Effective communicator
Proficient in Toast point of sale system. Able to program, modify or change data in the Toast POS
Enthusiastic and greets a challenge
A detail-oriented person with a penchant for cleanliness
Organized and plans efficiently
Has worked with declining labor & COGS budgets
Motivational and mentors to get the most of his/her staff
Food, LBW knowledge including ordering, inventory
Microsoft word and excel: Strong at developing recording spreadsheets and applying to daily operations
There is an opportunity to move into the General Manager role after 6 months upon further development and specialized training. You would be working closely with ownership and Chef de Cuisine.
Salary commensurate with experience but fits with current Washington DC compensation models
5 shift per week position. 90% shifts are 8-11 hours in length.
