Program ManagerResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serves as the single contract manager and shall be Venturas authorizedinterface with the government. This is a fulltime position that has full authority to act on all matters relating to Contractor operations, including, but not limited to, Task Order compliance, service delivery, strategy, optimization, and contractual issue escalation. Responsible for formulating, enforcing, and enhancing work standards, assigning Contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising Contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. The Program Manager (PM) also tracks and accounts for government-provided equipment approved to be off-site. The PM is responsible for the overall contract performance.Qualifications:1. Minimum five (5) years experience of program management;2. Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Service Desk and AssetManagement operations of similar size and scope;3. Working knowledge and experience administering/managing multiple tasks of similar sizeand scope;4. Successful management and supervision of employees of various skills5. Technical and administrative leadership of task compliance with industry acceptedstandards;6. Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels ofmanagement; and7. ITIL Foundation certification V4.
