- Analyzes and enters data, providing the business with needed reporting, and resolves system/data issues. Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Develops and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
- Provide recommendations to Corporate HR Team on system best practices, configuration and automated integrations within the HRIS environment.
- Ensures data integrity with systems through regular reviews and audits of the information.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to tracks metrics on hiring, turnover, leaves of absence, etc. and provide stakeholders with timely analytics.
- Maintains system configuration, reporting, and calculated field design for assigned functional areas.
- Documents internal processes, creates user guides, and makes recommendations to streamline processes for efficiency. Maintains up-to-date documentation of internal processes, partnering with the HR Team to provide systems administration and end-user training.
- Responsible for processing and ensuring all employee related data transactions are consistently accurate, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Serves as the lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Technology, Finance, and other departments and external vendors for HR database/software design, maintenance, upgrades and implementation projects.
- Maintains the base compensation structure, updates resources for managers, updates/drafts job descriptions as needed to stay current with best practices and market changes.
- Supports the merit planning process by running reports, ensuring appropriate access levels, testing components in advance and working with end users throughout the process to resolve any system issues/errors.
- Monitors transfer of recurring data file feeds externally to benefit carriers and internally between systems and alerts appropriate vendors/departments when errors are identified/occur.
- Train end-users and peers on new HRIS processes and functionality as needed, developing user guides and process documents as appropriate.
- Provides system support to the Staffing Team with the Applicant Tracking System, to include onboarding functionality, to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to hire.
- Regularly assesses current state of services/functionality and proactively identifies areas of opportunity for improvement. Provides recommendations to Corporate HR Team on system best practices, configuration and automated integrations within the HRIS environment.
- Serve as point of contact for any HR work related to corporate audits or compliance matters and ensures timely completion of related compliance, audit, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Working towards PHR, SPHR, or related HR Certification preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in HRIS Administration. Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred. Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand a plus.
