Licensed Design-Build Contractor seeks a DC-Licensed Civil Engineer to assist with putting together the Site Plan, to conform with DC Sediment and Erosion Control Regulations, AND DC Stormwater Management Regulations. Project disturbed area is less than 5,000 square feet. Recent professional survey with topo in DWG format, and a recent DC surveyor plat in DWG format are in hand.
