The School of Children is hiring for a full time Lead Teacher. We are looking for teachers who love helping children grow, learn and develop. Teachers will create and implement lesson plans, art activities, complete USDA meal counts, complete daily reports, attendance logs, account for children at all times. Teachers will promote a health and safety environment.
A CDA is required for this position AND at least 2 years of prior experience working with children. We will also accept 2 or more years of college relevant to childcare (such as Human Relations, Psychology). Teachers need a minimum of 38 credits relevant to childcare.
This position is for Lead Teachers who can teach 4-year-olds and get them ready for Public School. We also have a Lead Teacher Position for Infant and Toddlers. Please call if you're interested in this position.
