Provide basic caregiving duties
Assist with planning activities
Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child’s abilities
Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track
Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord
Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action
Follow safety regulations as established by the owner
Must have strong communication, positive and patience demeanor, flexibility and love for children
Certificate in First Aid and CPR, preferred but not required (can be done at time of hire)
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have reliable transportation
