Hello! We are looking to hire additional customer support team members for our upcoming busy season. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the United States, providing exceptional support to customers via chat and email.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound emails and chats while providing friendly and efficient customer support
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Following up on all written correspondence and escalate to customer service manager on duty as necessary
- Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution and work together with other customer support team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
- Experience working remotely and supporting customers via chat/email is a big plus
- Must be a legal US resident (we do not offer sponsorship)

Phone Screen:
Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule a brief 15 minute phone call with one of our recruiters. This is a chance for us to get to know you and for you to ask any initial questions about the role.
Zoom Interview:
If there’s a mutual fit, you’ll move on to a 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager. This interview will go deeper into your experience, skills, and what you can bring to our team.
