Seniors Helping Seniors® Metro Springfield is a unique in-home care agency that connects active, compassionate seniors with other seniors who need a helping hand. We’re seeking a Remote Caregiver Recruitment Coordinator to support our caregiver recruitment and onboarding process.
This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, great people skills, and a commitment to integrity and kindness. You will be the first point of contact for potential caregivers, helping us find the right people to serve our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen potential caregiver candidates
Schedule onboarding meetings between qualified applicants and the owner
Maintain accurate records of applicants and interview notes
Follow up with candidates in a timely and professional manner
Support administrative needs related to caregiver recruitment
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor
Comfortable working remotely with access to a quiet workspace
Previous administrative, HR, or recruiting experience a plus but not required
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time, flexible hours (10–15 hours/week)
Remote/work from home
Hourly pay based on experience
