- Must have 2-5 Years inbound call center experience.
- Possess a passion for Customer Service.
- Communication skills – excellent written and oral.

- They will take inbound calls from members regarding questions on forms etc and there will an ID card hotline – requesting/inquiring about ID cards.
- Working knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft products, internet research and email communication.
- Must have Isolated and dedicated workspace during working hours with no noise.
- The incumbent uses knowledge of products and the contractual provisions that govern administration to provide client education, to interpret contract data and business rules to clients for the purpose of supporting client business and member support objectives through telephone communication, or written correspondence. Documents all client interactions according to established procedures.
- Examines member records to identify key elements, and processing requirements based on established business rules policies and procedures. Researches, investigates, and resolves problems related to member data or records and communicates resolution clearly and effectively.
- To effectively interact with clients, the incumbent must develop and apply an expert ability to analyze client needs. Responds to telephone and written inquiries from internal and external customers regarding contract data.
- Weekly productivity – Quality and productivity reports weekly will be released to gauge performance.
- No vacations allowed during training classes for 6 weeks.
- All training is virtual.
- Candidates must be much more disciplined and dedicated.
- Must ask questions, chat.
- There are built in breaks.
- Must be well versed how to navigate their PC’s.
- Attentive, mature.
- Must hit the ground running from day 1.
- Should have video capabilities as it will be used sometimes.
- Will have more information on equipment – Laptops will be provided.
- They will be logging into a virtual environment.
