Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the CEO and Operations Manager, your duties will include:

Efficiently managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate parties.

Handling administrative tasks such as invoice preparation, bid compilation, and document management.

Coordinating schedules for management staff and assisting with daily operations.

Overseeing material procurement for multiple construction projects.

Maintaining communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Addressing potential issues promptly and liaising with relevant stakeholders.

Completing special projects and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-5 years of office/administrative experience.

Minimum of 2 years in construction or remediation industries.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience with New Home Builders and knowledge of Insurance and XACTIMATE estimating software is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Valid driver's license required.
