A leading environmental solutions company is seeking an Operations and Product Development Coordinator to support the growth of our business in the areas of operations, product innovation, and business development. About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting day-to-day operations while also contributing to the development and promotion of existing and new products. You’ll help to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance while supporting business development and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in optimizing on-site processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and oversee and interpret testing data to enhance process performance.
Provide operational and administrative support, including reporting, documentation, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and help introduce existing and new products to the market.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., biology, environmental sciences, or a related discipline).
Previous experience in environmental services, process management, or similar technical fields is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
