Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Support financial management through proficient use of QuickBooks Online and Excel.
Conduct internet research for products and services to support our initiatives.
Maintain and develop structured daily and weekly routines.
Assist with personal assistant duties and project coordination as needed.
Coordinate and manage event planning to ensure successful outcomes.
Adapt to changing needs and priorities, demonstrating creativity and initiative in problem-solving.
Qualifications:
College degree required.
Strong multitasking skills and a cheerful disposition.
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a passion for supporting family initiatives.
Financial management skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of maintaining efficient systems both onsite and online.
Your Schedule:
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 4 PM.
Performance-Based Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible schedule combining remote and in-office work after an initial 60 - 90-day training and trial period, contingent on demonstrated efficiency and positive job performance outcomes.
