The teammate will ensure that CTES establishes and maintains appropriate legal, operating and regulatory procedures and controls to manage risk and compliance, including the management of RTA requirements, including accurate and timely tracking of regulatory requirements and submissions of required reports.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to business performance, system functionality, training, and/or departmental initiatives necessary to management.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned area around divisional products, services, systems and policies/procedures.
Assist and collaborate in the various stages and phases of strategic planning and project management as needed on divisional initiatives, contributing meaningful insights.
Conduct industry research and competitive analysis as needed. Continued focus on process improvement.
Perform various administrative tasks such as creating presentations, organizing meetings, assembling marketing materials, etc.
Assist with training staff on new processes, systems, programs, etc.
Lead issues management, including identification, assessment, and remediation of regulatory and compliance risks
Develop and implement comprehensive plans to address identified issues and remediation strategies, including procedure/policy updates, process improvements and teammate training.
Responsible for disaster recovery planning and coordination
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation, review, production and distribution of data related to RTA functions for internal and external reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or marketing, or equivalent education and related training
Three years of experience in analytical role within financial services industry or other related business, and/or have participated in an enterprise sponsored Leadership Development Program.Demonstrated project management and coordination skills in a professional or financial services environment.
Strong quantitative analysis skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively lead meetings with various key partners and collaborate with individuals at any level of the organization.
Ability to work independently.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration Graduate of an enterprise sponsored
Leadership Development Program Banking or financial services experience, with an emphasis on the Brokerage & Private Banking and Wealth client segments
Knowledge of Operational Procedures and systems
Knowledge of SAS or statistical software
Familiarity with training and continuing education requirements for professional credentials such as National Association of Securities Dealers Licensing (7, 63, 65, 24, etc.), Certified Financial Planner, Certified Public Accountant, and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor
