Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a Federal Integrator to assist in identifying a Training & Change Management Consultant. Job Responsibilities
:- Deliver live and remote training for an ongoing Pega/OAS implementation
- Develop training materials (live/remote presentations, job aids, video recordings) in consultation with subject matter experts
- Assist in creation and execution of change management plan
- Collect and analyze user feedback through an online survey tool
- Support all efforts related to training delivery
- Develop and distribute communications content to end users using a variety of tools (PowerPoint, PiktoChart, InDesign, Biteable)
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with the client and key stakeholder groups
- Work directly with client and stakeholders to develop team workplan
- Manage and ensure delivery of complex work products
- Instructor Led Training (P3 - Advanced)
- Communications Development and Delivery (P2 - Intermediate)
- Change Management (P2 - Intermediate)
