Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a Federal Integrator to assist in identifying a Training & Change Management Consultant. Job Responsibilities

:
  • Deliver live and remote training for an ongoing Pega/OAS implementation
  • Develop training materials (live/remote presentations, job aids, video recordings) in consultation with subject matter experts
  • Assist in creation and execution of change management plan
  • Collect and analyze user feedback through an online survey tool
  • Support all efforts related to training delivery
  • Develop and distribute communications content to end users using a variety of tools (PowerPoint, PiktoChart, InDesign, Biteable)
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with the client and key stakeholder groups
  • Work directly with client and stakeholders to develop team workplan
  • Manage and ensure delivery of complex work products
Required Skills:
  • Instructor Led Training (P3 - Advanced)
  • Communications Development and Delivery (P2 - Intermediate)
  • Change Management (P2 - Intermediate)
Education Level: Bachelor's degree Clearance Required: Interim
