- Expertise to analyze source systems and document the data complexities and requirements
- 5+ years of systems analysis experience
- Strong data analysis skills, comfortable working with databases and SQL
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to interview Business partners to understand objectives, requirements and use cases
- Ability to understand complex systems and document technical requirements
- Proficiency in writing user and system stories and all the supporting documentation
- Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
- Expertise & experience in defining and coordinating test exercises such as user acceptance testing, data validation
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Financial services experience in Asset Management preferred
- Preferred Prior Experience with FEMA
