Sr. Java Programmer

Job Title : Sr. Java Programmer Location : DC Metro Area Job description: Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for the IT-AMS. Oversee system enhancements, integration with other OHS systems, and ensure technical consistency. Develop and maintain applications using Java, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot, ensuring they meet the operational requirements. Build secure and scalable APIs, integrating with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Optimize application performance and collaborate with other developers to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable code delivery. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications At least 8+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Java, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot. Direct experience with OHS Head Start Program is highly preferred. Proficiency in full-stack development (Java, React, Node.js), cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and MongoDB Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
