Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide direction for technology products and processes; assess enterprise functional needs and implement technology solutions to support; define strategic outlook; plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities of the unitTHE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEDetail-oriented Cybersecurity Awareness Senior Associate to join our Information Security team. The successful candidate will be critical in developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices and mitigate risks. This role requires communication skills, technical understanding, and a passion for cybersecurity.

Help program achieve established goals and targets while helping to promote best practices and behaviors to ensure organization is in compliance with all regulations and requirements

Help bring awareness across the organization regarding latest developments in the information security realm by assisting in the design and development of cybersecurity awareness programs, including training modules, workshops, and communication caigns

Ensure our training program is effectively preparing organization to manage their work and associated assets in alignment with company low risk appetite through facilitation of cybersecurity training sessions for employees across various departments, ensuring the content is accessible and understandable for all skill levels

Expand current Cyber Awareness Ambassador program to increase membership while creating strategies and approaches for ambassadors to disseminate needed information and education across the organization

Establish goals with associated measurements and targets that align to overarching strategy to ensure we are achieving the best results possible by tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness initiatives through metrics and feedback, providing reports and recommendations for improvement

Remote work is acceptable however minimal travel will be required for training sessions, team-building events, or conferences

The Senior Program Associate- Cybersecurity Awareness role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Determines functional technology needs of enterprise.

Coordinate the development, formulation, and implementation of new technology.

Identify appropriate resources to support projects and new initiatives.

Establish best practices and guidelines for existing or new technologies.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences

2 years

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices

Experience in designing and developing of training modules, workshops, and communication caigns

Experience in facilitating training sessions for employees across various business divisions, ensuring the content is accessible and understandable for all skill levels

Experience coordinating and executing phishing simulations exercises to assess and improve employee awareness and response to phishing trends

Experience in reviewing and updating documents to reflect the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices

Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress to the program target state. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust to the program as needed

Desired Experiences

3+ years experience working within an enterprise organization cyber awareness team

Experience supporting Information Security teams on security incidents and best practices for prevention

Experience working closely with stakeholders including Legal, HR, Communications, to align cybersecurity awareness efforts with organizational goals and regulatory requirements

Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, COMPTIA Security+) are a plus.

Bachelor degree or equivalent

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create and deliver engaging training content.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and familiarity with e-learning platforms.

Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas

Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.

Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand

Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives Tools

Experience using SharePoint,

Tableau

Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

E-learning tools
