Independently analyze program related data, inputs, and reports and escalate relevant information to leadership
Proactively partner with SBA leadership team to drive effective management and operations as well as execution of strategic initiatives
Manage cross-functional responsibilities with other SBA staff members in order to drive agency-wide programs to success
Hands-On management of multiple workstreams simultaneously, including tracking and managing next steps
Partner with leadership to develop agendas and meeting materials, create project timelines, track follow-up items, and ensure completion among all responsible parties
Clearly and independently communicate (written and verbal) status updates, issues and potential solutions (inclusive of executive-level meetings and engagements)
Administrative duties include calendar management, expense management, travel planning and literary creation
Others duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience
Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C.
Experience in major enterprise operating environment and/or highly matrixed environment
Proficiency with MS Office tools
The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree and/or PMP certification preferred
