Description:Job DescriptionAnalytics CoE team is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day to day support for Analytics platforms and assist the team with cloud migration efforts. The IT Support Specialist provides level 1/2 support for end-users, internal business partners. Some tasks may include but are not limited to addressing customer requests via JIRA/INC/ITSR tickets, coordinating the completion of tickets with the relevant platform teams, updating system configuration, maintaining documentation, conducting shakeout testing, executing change requests, and supporting platform maintenance activities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduction background/experience is must to provide L2 support for various applications.Analyze and resolve technical problems raised by users.Manage JIRA, Incident and Change Management activities along with partnering with Unix and AWS Cloud support teams and other project stakeholders.Able to support 24/7 on-call rotation for Analytics platforms in Production.Monitor the system for errors, bugs, and potential performance enhancements and escalate as needed.Follow up on escalated issues.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.3-5 years experience required.Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.Work well within a team.Top Skills:UnixAWS ExperienceAutosys
