Description We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our client's team in the legal sector based in Washington, District of Columbia. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of the marketing team and support the marketing and business development goals of the firm’s attorneys. The ideal candidate is a go-getter interested in developing their digital and analytical skills while working to enhance awareness of the firm’s capabilities and credentials and increase lead generation. Responsibilities
Contribute to digital advertising campaigns across social platforms
Design and execute email marketing campaigns
Assist in the creation of content and posting to social platforms, website and intranet
Assemble leadership briefs and other pitch related material
Assist with industry award submissions and tracking
Coordinate logistics for conferences and tradeshows
Other marketing related tasks, as needed and/or assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field and a minimum of two years of relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Self-reliant and able to implement and manage tasks independently
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Intermediate to advanced skills with platforms including Microsoft Office, MailChimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop and InDesign), WordPress
Experience working in a professional services firm a plus
