Motivated candidates with effective problem-solving abilities will be the best fit for this position. This Desktop Support Analyst role is a short-term temporary opportunity based in the Washington, Pennsylvania, area.Responsibilities
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions
Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Requirements
Strong familiarity with Password Reset protocols
Proven track record of customer service
Communication experience highly desired
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365
Desktop support or related experience
Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
