Laundry Attendant/ Housekeeper

Responsible for all laundry duties assigned including clothing garments and dining room linens.Use equipment and cleaning chemicals properly and safely.Monitor laundry supplies and report inventory to supervisor.Report any equipment irregularities to supervisor.    General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
