What you will be doing:Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:           Being a team player in assisting the Room Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficientlyOffer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests and responding timely to any special requestsOrganize and maintain inventoryRespond timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items ie: cribs, cots, extra towels etc.Collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from Room Attendants’ carts and closetsFollow departmental policies and proceduresReport necessary maintenance itemsFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assignedPhysical Aspects of Position: 
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 60 lbsFrequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
