Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the non-profit industry, based in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. This role is centered around providing exceptional customer service to clients, both telephonically and through chat support. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service to clients over the phone and via chat support Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally Respond promptly and professionally to emails received through the Support queue Assist clients with the registration and account update processes Address general inquiries as well as specific account inquiries from clients Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer credit records Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and document customer interactions Schedule appointments as per client requirements Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in answering inbound calls efficiently and professionally. Demonstrable skills in call center customer service, reflecting the ability to manage high call volumes. Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building. Proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with email correspondence, demonstrating effective written communication and response management. Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, managing multiple lines if necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report generation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including drafting correspondence and document formatting. Experience with order entry, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders. Ability to schedule appointments accurately and manage multiple calendars simultaneously.
