Responsibilities

Perspecta is looking for a computer telephony and network voice/data engineer to provide critical IT services for the White House Situational Support Staff in ensuring communication and collaboration for a variety of missions for worldwide users. Job responsibilities for this high profile position including the following.

Provide telecommunications support as a subject matter expert in all areas of Video Teleconferencing. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and schedule complex multiparty video teleconferencing systems. Establish complex multi-party and point-to-point video teleconference calls. Manage multi-faceted integrated audio and video conferencing facilities. Coordinate scheduling and set-up of conference rooms to include audio and video resources. Identify, report, and troubleshoot system technical issues.

Qualifications

TS SCI
BS 12-15, MS 10-13. Phd 10+
Five (5) years experience with CUCM, CUBE, IP Gateways, and secure communications.
Experience/knowledge in one or more of the following: computer telephony, voice/video networks, ISP/dial-up, and SNA/IP technology.
