Job Description

Wayman Fire Protection is looking for

an Entry Level Customer Account Specialist that can help our clients and customers with a wide variety of issues. This person would be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, or feedback via e-mail, phone, or in-person. This person must have knowledge of internal procedures, products, and services. This role will also support our Inspections department by following up with customers, creating warm leads, and handling follow up calls with our customers.

In addition, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • We are looking for someone with at least one yearof Customer Service experience. We are also open to experience insimilar roles.
  • Must be comfortable coming into our Wilmington, DE office everyday M-F.
  • Must have proven consistent customer relations experience.
  • Must wear company PPE and adhere to all safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer organizations.
  • Exceptional customer service leading to successful customer retention and relationships.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
  • Perform assigned customer service tasks to ensure the highest quality of operational support for Wayman’s accounts.
  • Engage customers via phone, e-mail, or in-person.
  • Help support field sales representatives.
  • Assist in meeting customer requests in a timely matter.
  • Excel knowledge with ability to create and manipulate pivot table and v lookups.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be comfortable being on the phone all day.
  • Ability to follow through and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented
