Seeking a QA Specialist for an exciting role with a Research Company in Delaware. Responsibilities :

  • Supports the Quality and Safety Section's subject matter experts in quality management systems, providing guidance to staff to ensure that quality policies, processes, and procedures are established, current, and followed by all staff (technical and non-technical).
  • Ensures compliance with laboratory accreditation, regulatory standards, and information management policies
  • Performs internal audits, external assessments, and proficiency testing programs
  • Analyzes data, identifies trends, monitors prevention and corrections of quality deviations, and develops reports utilizing technical knowledge and laboratory experience
  • Monitors customer satisfaction and performance metrics
  • Ensures compliance with personnel competency processes and identification of training needs
  • Demonstrates actions consistent with quality concepts and good professional practice
  • Advocates for a culture of quality, safety, and ethics
  • Requests resources to support the QMS
  • Analyzes quality measures to evaluate the costs of maintaining quality
  • Responds to internal and external customer inquiries and feedback
  • Adheres to roles and responsibilities in meeting customer needs, expectations, and requirements
  • Adheres to policies and principles governing professional ethics and rules of conduct when working in a public health, including exemplifying integrity in interactions and activities, serving as a role model of ethical behavior by consistently conforming to the highest ethical standards and practices, and identifying methods to improve stewardship of resources
Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Biology or science related field.
  • Previous QA/Documentation experience is strongly preferred.
