Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Detail Oriented Services industry, based in Newark, Delaware. The role will be predominantly onsite and will involve handling administrative tasks, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring efficient data management for our team.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy and timely access to information Address customer inquiries, providing prompt and efficient resolutions Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status Handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and requests Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring efficient time management for all parties involved Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for data entry and communication purposes. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the detail-oriented services industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner Demonstrated ability in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and in a detail-oriented manner Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars simultaneously Proven capability in handling a variety of administrative tasks concurrently Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
