Also please provide if you have any references Senior Business Analyst St of DE in Dover (Hybrid) Long Term Contract Job Description: To collect detail requirements, Business processes, analyze current customizations and provide comprehensive executive summary for the path forward Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of experience in ERP / PeopleSoft Finance, HCM or Pension software Ability to analyze PeopleSoft SQR, SQL, PeopleCode, App Engine code and configurations Ability to collect and document detail requirements Ability to collect and document current system customizations Document business processes Work directly with the clients to understand the individual needs of the business Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed Create and present report to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations o Preferred Skills and Experience: Knowledge in Peoplesoft HCM, Finance or Pension modules.
