Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of rooftops to determine the suitability and optimal positioning of solar panel installations.
- Safely and efficiently install solar panels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local codes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline project workflow and meet deadlines.
- Perform electrical work, including wiring, connections, and system testing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions in solar panel systems, implementing timely repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Have your own truck and equipment to properly be able to complete a solar r and r.
- Previous experience in rooftop work (Roofing/panel install etc.) .
- Proficiency in electrical systems, wiring, and solar panel components.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as required.
