Requirements:
1.Safety certifications as per osha standards. If you lack them we can provide the courses!
2. Reliable transportation as reliability is a must!
3. 2+ years of experience!
Anyone with less experience willing & eager to learn can be trained.
3. All sheet metal hand tools (example: snips right/ lefts/ bulldogs, sheet metal hammer, flat head screw drivers, cordless drills, etc. will be discussed further in the interview.)
4. Ppe- we will provide best, glasses, gloves and hats.
However, you must have appropriate work attire. Short sleeve/long sleeve shirts (must be a high visibility if you’d prefer not to wear a vest) jeans without extreme or fashionable rips & holes, appropriate work boots.
5. anyone over 3+ years experience be capable of reading blue prints, laying themselves out, pulling necessary materials, doing their own hangers & installing sufficiently & securely.
6. proper attendance & a positive attitude Again, we are a production based company. All of our sheet metal installers are very professional talented hard working people who have a team like mentality. We operate with high speed & quality work. Anything less then is not excepted.
