Commercial Property Maintenance Technician

Local family owned property maintenance company looking to add a Commercial Maintenance Technician to our team. Properties are all located in the state of Delaware with a majority of them located in New Castle County and all of them outside the city limits of Wilmington. All candidates should have 2 + years maintenance experience however additional training will be available where needed. Position is full-time with competitive pay, paid vacation and health benefits. Company vehicle will be provided during work hours and candidate must have a valid driver's license. Looking for someone with general knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance and who is able to problem solve.
