Wilmington based property management company looking for maintenance personnel for mostly commercial and some residential properties. Must have a valid driver's license, and experience in the maintenance field. On-call for emergencies and snow is a must.
Looking for a self-starting, team oriented individual with basic knowledge in all aspects of property maintenance.
