Title - IT Laptop/Desktop Install Tech
Location - duPont @ Chestnut Run Plaza, Wilmington, DE 19805
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - 40 hours per week
Start Date - Monday 12/17/18 after face to face interview and BG/drug check
Term - 3 months
Pay Rate - $16 per hour plus mileage reimbursement driving from building to building on campus
Scope - Provide Dell laptop/desktop hardware install support to the end users via a help desk ticketing application. Disposal pick ups and would require that the tech to transport equipment.
Skill Set Requirement - Tech school and/or 1 year IT install support for computer laptop/desktop hardware. Must be able to pass criminal BG check and drug test. Need a reliable car.
Technician should be a self-starter with excellent people skills / customer service skills.
