My brother & I need a probate lawyer asap. Our mother passed away without leaving a will & we need to go through probate to avoid foreclosure on our home. At most (including the remainder of the mortgage) the estate is only $70k to $90k. We have had 2 lawyers advise us in the past 6 months but once they begin working on it we end up not hearing anything back from them. Because we thought the last lawyer that had advised us was our lawyer we’ve wasted time when we realized he wasn’t filing any paperwork with Delaware Courts and ceased returning our calls.
