Outside Yard clean up & Property maintenance HELP

Willing to Train. Responsible for the performance of skilled and unskilled tasks involving property maintenance on exterior of properties. Must be high school graduate or equivalent, possess a valid driver’s license with their own tools and a pick-up truck or van. Must be able to understand and follow basic instructions. Must be able to present a positive image and be able to effectively communicate. Part-time and full time positions available. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Duties include picking up trash, trimming bushes, pulling weeds, spreading mulch, vacuuming halls, cleaning, painting, loading & unloading items and more
