Job SummaryThis position is responsible for supporting the Supervisor or Manager of Vendor Operations with addressing day to day operations including department workflow, cost control and employee development.II. Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.

Provides daily guidance and assistance to the Vendor Operations Team

Handles escalations that may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures

Expedites sensitive operational issues and makes appropriate decisions to inform a supervisor or takes independent action if necessary

Acts as a liaison between Vendor Operations representatives, supervisory staff and other departments

Manage, track and report project and / or implementation progress

Monitors email boxes and trackers to ensure timely performance

Oversees real-time performance of site and conducts queue management as needed

Reviews and analyzes processes and procedures to identify needs and provide recommendations with high emphasis on continuous improvement.

Assists with positive coaching, facilitates process, system training and best practices

Supports training of new hires on the Vendor Operations team

Actively participates in key departmental and divisional initiatives when called upon

Evaluate current training methods and materials for Vendor Operations team and recommend improvements.

Performs administrative duties as requested

Education and ExperienceEducation: High School Diploma or GED (accredited)Experience: Two years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).Preferred: 3+ years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other RequirementsNone required.C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Ability to excel in a face-paced environment

Excellent critical thinking skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written

Required: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced level, SharePoint Navigation

Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite (Expert level), SharePoint, Negotiation Skills, Critical Thinking Skills

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $26.25-$28.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
