Make recommendations to the Executive Vice President & CEO as to the need for human and or capital resources to support the objectives of the Manufacturing Department
Maintain an effective capital improvement program and continue the integrity of a Manufacturing ERP, including Industry 4.0.
Maintain a preventative maintenance program and ensure its compliance in their respective departments
Coordinates workflow with department supervisors and leads to set daily/weekly/monthly goals.
Plan, implement and maintain effective controls on production processes as needed to meet customer requirements.
Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports to detect production problems.
Maintain traceability of product throughout all production processes.
Maintain facilities adequate to ensure the manufacture of products to requirements and for the storage and handling of raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
Organize and manage Production Department to ensure on time delivery of products to customers as per company goals.
Maintain an effective scrap reduction program.
Provide direct supervision to Production Control Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, and Lead personnel as well as the Maintenance Supervisor
Ensure a comprehensive continuous improvement program to achieve operational excellence throughout the organization.
